A few weeks ago, I saw a guy who was in a restaurant and he had a gun that was loaded and he was the kind of guy that looked like a criminal ( no offense ). I was kind of freaked out and I asked my mom why he had a gun and she explained that people could carry guns so he did. I think that the law that says that is stupid and it proves that that person is paranoid.
